Status reports provide information about things like signal strength, battery voltage, photo count, firmware date, and SD card capacity/usage.
Status reports are sent with every transmission (photos, HiRes photos, and videos; scheduled event or requested status reports) on video-capable cameras (all 4G models and the GC-ATTx). They are sent only as scheduled events or requested status reports with all other (older 3G) models.
By default, there is one scheduled event, a status report at midnight. You can only change the time of that event.
There are several ways to view the status report.
App
On the home page of the app is a very abbreviated status report showing just the signal strength and battery level indicators. There are two ways to view the status report page in the app.
- Tap the battery or signal strength symbols.
- Tap the menu button then tap Status Report:

Only scheduled event or requested status reports are sent via email (Auto, or if you specify an email address for status reports in Delivery Options on the portal).
