We always recommend doing a test sending before you deploy the camera in the field.
After you finish programming the camera, in the Setup mode and live preview window (before you enter the menu), with the camera registered to the network and has the signal, press OK to take a picture and press OK again to send. You should see the camera go through Setting...Sending...Sent.
- If the camera stuck on Setting, it's usually an indication that the camera doesn't have a good data connection. You can confirm by performing a Hello Test (Menu > Wireless > Diagnostic > Hello Test). If the Hello Test is failed, please double check the data service on your device.
- If the camera stuck on Sending, please replace the SD card and try again.
