Camera will not cut off

After replacing the batteries, the camera will not power off and looks for the antenna.  It will lock on to the antenna but will not send pictures.  I just beeps.  Is there a hard reset somewhere?

  You can go into the cameras menu and default the camera.

  If the camera won’t power off, you may also have a switch problem. Move the switch back and forth pretty vigorously several times.
