GoCam won’t connect to network

Camera is searching for network and won’t connect. Tried antenna and SIM card from camera that is working but still unable to get camera to connect

  What is the camera model and the current firmware date? Sounds like it may need a manual firmware update, see the link below for the updates and instructions.
