I have called three times to try and get help and nothing. Great product but customer service sucks. You can never get in touch with anyone.

  Leave a message and they will get back in touch with you, messages are returned in the order that they are received and it's the busiest time of year so it might take a day or two. Is there something we can help you with here?

  Yes I need to have all of my accounts activated on the same data plan.

  If you have a plan big enough to for all your cameras you can go to subscriptions and data plans on the online portal and move the cameras to that plan. I think the tab says "edit"
