have a replacement go live i have been waiting 4 days for customer service to transfer the data plan over . no repsonse from customer service or live chat. need help or need a refund. what is going on with the customer service?

    Are you sure it wasn't already done? A lot of times they will put your existing SIM card in the new camera. You also may have gotten an email with an approval to transfer link.
