go cam not updating status report or sending photos

my go cam model GC-M4Gb2 has not been sending pictures or updating the status report and the battery percentage is good still at 5.70v and signal states 100% the last time it updated the status report firmware is up to date and the card is not no where full could someone give me some incite on what the problem could be its been one day and nothing have changed

  Yes it auto renew the 19th this month

  Here's a list of firmwares and the most recent dates. Check and make sure that your firmware is current
