It's the busiest time of year and support has a few people out sick the last few weeks so that's not helping. It's usually taking two and sometimes three days after the weekend to get back to you. Is there something maybe we can help you with here?

When turned on, screen reads "searching networks".  Eventually, it follows with "Registration network failed, please check your SIM card and restart". Sim card is pre-installed, though.

Try defaulting the camera in it's menu and formatting the SD card. What is the camera model, it may need a firmware update.

    GST-ALTEb-RT (S388FA).

Tried those recommendations and they did not work.

Can you post a screenshot of the most recent status report, include the SD card info at the bottom please. You may need to put your phone on desktop mode to see the insert image icon.

This is a new camera setup? Is your SD card full sized or a micro in an adapter?

It is a new camera set-up. But I was also having the same issue with an older camera, as well. Full size.

You purchased a data plan through Spartan for this camera and got the receipt and activation email?

Go into the menu and to diagnostics and see if it passes the hello test.

Also, 64gb card is too big for the Ghost, 32gb is max. That might be the issue

It says "system busy" when I try that. Same as the old camera when I've tried that or other actions.

It will stop searching and then will let you in to do the test. I would try a smaller SD card and see if that makes a difference. You can also do a manual firmware updatem here's a link to the updates and instructions.

OK, keep trying the hello test and I would do the update as well. Is the other camera working now?

    Hello test failed.

No, the old camera is still not working. I do not have it with me right now, though.

Check your subscriptions on the portal and make sure both cameras are showing as active, my.spartancamera.com

Since they are both Att cameras there's a good chance they need the firmware updated unless you've done it recently.

I believe the firmware update did the trick, but It will not send a photo unless I manually "send" it. Is there an additional step?
