    They are running two or three days behind returning messages. As long as you leave them a message they will get back to you, they are returning calls and emails in the order that they receive them.. They were working this past weekend to try and get caught up.

    I have been waiting for an email response for over 2 weeks now and calling and leaving voice mails for a solid week with no reply at all

    You should have received an email this afternoon. Hopefully that info will resolve the problem you are having.

    You had tickets in the system from August, but the most recent set started what appears to be last Wednesday night, with additional calls Thursday afternoon and two Friday morning. There’s nothing from two weeks ago.
