HELP!!!!!

ive been trying for a week to get these cameras registered and up and running. i cannot for the life of me figure out to get a dta plan!!! they offer them on the website but it redirects you elsewhere. customer service has been absolutely useless at best! crickets from them.

    From the home page of the app, tap the + in the upper left corner. You will be asked to input the camera’s IMEI. Then you will be shown a picture of that model camera and you will be asked to input the ICCID. Then you will be able to choose to buy a data plan (or add a camera to a data plan if it isn’t the first camera).

    I can input the the cameras imei number but then it asked for the cameras reg number. Cannot get that with out the plan.

    Did you purchase your data at Cellcom? That model doesn't use Spartan data plans.
