Did I make a mistake?
I just ordered 2 Spartan Go Live 2 cameras from Amazon. However the box and the IMEI indicates that these are Go Lives. I want the 2 for a wider field of view as I'm using these for security purposes.
For two days now I've tried on line support chat, called and nothing. I'm reading how others are saying the same thing. If this is how they support new users it really worries me that I just spent $900 on something I can get no support for. This is really a shame.
I only have so many days to return these via Amazon and I'm really wondering if I'd be better off just returning these and going with a different manufacture who will at least provide some support. Really disappointing.
Does anyone else out there know how I can confirm these are Go Live 2's or just Go Live cameras? I really can't wait for Spartan to decide to respond to my request.
