Golive2M 4G/LTE Battery Type
I have Golive2M 4G/LTE with 15watt direct connect solar panel. Is it best to put in rechargeable batteries in camera so the solar panel will keep them charged or should I use lithium batteries for maximum battery life? If rechargeable, is 6 enough or do I need 12?

Whatever batteries you put in the camera the panel won't charge them, It only charges the built in internal battery. I like to run mine with no batteries in the camera, reason being is that when the sun sets at night and the panel isn't charging the camera will be using those internal batteries to keep the built in battery charged. It will kill them pretty quickly and it's really not needed because unless you get tons of pics every night that built in battery should keep up. Then when the sun rises the nest day the panel charges that battery up again.

I’m have camera set up, but getting “network registration denied”. I left 3 messages for Spartan support to call me back after waiting on hold for several minutes each time only to be forced to leave call back number which I did. I emailed Spartan support with problem. I got automatic reply they received email but still no email or call back after 2 days. I plan to return camera and equipment if I ever get a response because company is only as good as their support. It appears non existent. After spending $600 you would think they could at least talk to you.

On the camera’s Information page (third menu tab in the camera, scroll down to Information), what is the DSP info that is shown? It’s a date/time and you may have to scroll down the page to get to it.
It’s possible that the camera needs a firmware update. The latest firmware is for connectivity problems, which is what it sounds like you are experiencing with your camera.
Here’s a link to the page with the firmware file to download and the instructions. Compare the DSP date shown in your camera’s information with the date on the file on this page. If the file in the camera is earlier than the file on the page, you need to update.
No one is ignoring you. This is the busiest time of the year and support has been short-handed. The office is usually closed on weekends so staff can get a breather but support worked last Saturday to take care of some of the backlog.
