Fire
I have to say that i'm no rookie to connected devices including cameras, audio, whatever. Nor am I "that guy" that complains about everything he doesn't understand.
But I have to say... These things should just be set on fire and walked away from. Works one minute...the next it doesn't. Move it to another location...and have to reinstall/reset everything, Just to get it to work for one day. There are one hundred tricks to get it to work and they're only affective until you make the slightest change. It SHOULD NOT take a customer service call, knowledge base, YouTube videos, reinstalls, cache/data clears, and a host of other goofy bs to get this technology to work, first time, plug and play, every time. Its 2022 guys and soon to be 2023. MAYBE If the combined cost of a camera and data plan was maybe nineteen dollars I'd be less likely to complain but this whole package isn't cheap. From my experience so far it would be overpriced at nineteen dollars. From everything i've read in all the videos of watched it always gets painted as a "user" problem. This is quite clearly a company and technology.

David, what exact problems are you having with the camera? What is your camera model and can you post a screenshot of your most recent status report, include the SD card info at the bottom of the report too please. You might have to set your phone to desktop mode to see the insert image icon.
