Can't get status reports or photos

  What is the time and date of your last status report? New camera set up or one that was working previously? What is the camera model?

  Have you looked on the portal to see if there are new photos and a current status report there? my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management. If there aren’t any there, the camera is likely down. If there are photos there but not on your app, then you probably need to troubleshoot the app.
