Frozen screen at start up

When switched to setup screen is froze on start up screen that says "You don't have to be there." Connected by AT&T. Formatted card and deleted off plan and added back. Camera was working fine. ???

Email support@spartancamera.com and they will probably send you a firmware update that will hopefully fix it. If not then they will give you an RMA to send it back to be looked at.
