Can you post a picture of the cards please. You might have to change your phone to desktop mode in order to see the insert image icon

Can you please post a photo of the SD card(s) you have tried? There’s definitely something weird going on.

Also left messages today for someone to call and got zero response. Not happy!

Calls are returned in the order received. You’ll probably get a callback tomorrow.

What SD cards are you using? I’m running a bunch of GoLives and this is not something I’ve run into.

I just looked at the ticket system and it’s showing one ticket for you today, at either 4:12 or 5:12 PM (I’m thinking that one time is GA time zone and one is my time zone but I’m not sure).

I’ve tried 32 and 64 SanDisk. 6 out of 10 work. 4 all say the samething, “No SD Card”. They will not format since they don’t see a card installed.

This isn’t a bad SD card issue. I’ve changed out working SD cards in the other 6 new cameras and these 4 do not see any of them at all when they’re clicked in. It appears there maybe a CARD holder issue on 4 out of 10 cameras.

There are U1 and U3, Ultra, ImageMate, and Extreme SanDisk cards. Some of those work and some don’t. This is something support is going to have to help you with. The two of us who monitor here are camera test team members, not regular Spartan Camera employees. Someone in support should get back to you tomorrow.

You might want to try a new SD card if it keeps giving you problems. Is it a full sized card (not a micro in an adapter) ?

It’s not the card. If your camera is doing this you need to re-format the camera. There’s a new software out that needs to be downloaded. I had to drive up to Spartan and wait while they downloaded new software.

    Ray,

The GoLive firmware is available for download now. Just FYI. (and for others reading the thread)

My camera is doing the same thing. Iv had it less than 30 days. It was working fine until yesterday. I turned it on, and it said no SD card. So I turned it off and took the card out and put it back in, it said it again. Then eventually it did initialize. But it would not send any videos or photos to the app.  But it would let me go live.
