Buying my first used Spartan

I am looking at a Spartan camera someone is selling for a good price but I don’t know anything about them . I want to know which model it is but can’t tell by the pics

  I would definitely want to know the model first, especially since new Gocams with a two year warranty are only $199. Also if the camera isn't removed from their data plan and Spartan account you'll have a hard time registering it. There is also the chance it could be stolen if you don't know the seller.
