GoCam firmware update not available for OTA update

On the Spartan web page listing firmware versions, the GC-Z4Gb shows a current version of "01/11/2023" and the GC-Z4Gb2 shows a current version of "12/28/2022".  However, the phone app does not have a Firmware Update "Update" button.  Why is an OTA update not available?  Do I need to do a manual update of the cameras? (In comparison, my GC-A4Gb2 cameras have the button for an update to the current 12/28/2022 firmware).

  Depending on the firmware version your Z4gb had depends on if you see that update option. There was a glitch in some of the firmware versions that created an issue for the ota updates. If that was the version on your camera then yes you'll have to do a manual update.
