camera not taking pictures

After sending a manual picture, no more pictures will take/send.  Camera has new batteries and is connected to internet.  thanks

  Try going into the cameras menu and defaulting the camera and formatting the SD card. Is the cameras firmware up to date? What is the camera model? Is this a new setup or one that had been working previously?
