GoLive battery indicators
Two of my GoLive cameras (a GL-V6eb and a GL-VLTEb) have 6 Eneloop Pro rechargeable batteries in them. For both, the phone app status reports "internal voltage 3.84v" and "External voltage 7.83 v" and shows one "bar" in the battery symbol. The email status report shows "Voltage: 7.83 Battery: 1". Using a meter to measure the 6-battery voltage in the cameras confirms that the voltage is indeed 3.84 (within 2 percent),
My question is: Why are they showing "Battery 1" (and 1 battery bar)? The "Battery Indicator and Information for GoLive/Ghost" article says that with AA batteries at "7.6v-8.1v" should show a "3" (and 3 bars)

Unfortunately, I don’t know the answer to that question. You may want to talk to support. support@spartancamera.com or 770-582-0004.
I keep an eye on the battery symbols but I don’t pay much attention to them. I look at the actual voltages. Is your power source set to AA? (It probably is, but it’s something to check.)
