    Try updating the firmware, you may have to do it manually if it's already up to date. No, that is not normal. What is the cameras model ? Do you have it on two shot burst or three?

    Gc-u4gb2 it’s brand new first night out. It’s on three shot burst. 1st pic and 3rd pic works perfect. It’s up to date it says how would one go about getting the firmware and doing so. I’m very new to the cellular camera world

    I'll send you the link and the instructions. Have you tried the photo+video setting? A lot of people find it more useful than the burst mode. The camera takes and sends you the picture and saves the video. Then if see the picture and want the video you request it and the next time the camera checks in it should send video. If you do switch you probably want to make sure you set it up for the larger video size and 10 seconds.
