Is the time zone set in the camera settings in the app?

It was not selected. I’ll set it and see if that fixes the problem. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome, that should take care of the problem.

My camera is sending the status report daily now but not taking the scheduled photos. Also my camera has not taken a picture in 3 days period. There is a chance there has been no motion in front of it but not likely. Any suggestions.

How is your battery power? Are you getting status reports at other times throughout the day?

It is running on a new external battery so I wouldn’t think that would be the issue. I only have the status report scheduled 1 time a day.

That camera will send a status report with every picture, that's why I was wondering if you were getting other status reports at different times, if you are that could mean it's an SD card issue. It still could be the SD card even without the other reports. I'm assuming it's the whiteflash camera?

Are are you getting status reports when you have scheduled picture events? If so, then the camera is taking pics but can’t send them. Are you using a name brand (e.g., SanDisk), standard size (not microSD and adapter), class 10, 80 MB/s or slightly faster SD card that you formatted in the camera?

It is a white flash. The SD card is class 10. The camera took pictures and sent them without issue the first few days it was out.

Can you post a picture of the Status report from the app? You may have to change your phone to desktop view to see the insert image icon. Include everything all the way down to the SD card in on the bottom please.

I sent a command to format my card before the 12:00 status report came in. The camera actually took a photo then. Maybe this fixed the problem. The only thing I’m still confused about is that I didn’t set it to take a photo but to send a status report.

Does the photo have an F on it? If so, that confirms that the format completed.

    Yes it does

I think you might be good now, sounds like the camera formatted the card at the noon status report and then sent the F picture to confirm the successful format and then sent another status report that shows the card formatted. If it happens again soon you should probably change the card.

I switched SD cards in my camera to the same as I have in my other Spartan cameras. It worked fine for 2 days. It’s back to just sending status reports and not scheduled photos. On the last status report it showed the voltage at 5.10v. I don’t understand this because it’s running on an external battery that was fully charged 2 days ago. Any ideas?

If it’s struggling to send, that can drag down the batteries. I’d suggest trying a different SD card. They do sometimes go bad.
