Camera won't connect to network

One of my cameras stopped working all of a sudden. It is a GC-V4Gb. It will not connect to the network. I brought the camera home so I can mess with it. When I turn the camera to setup it says searching network and restarts itself every 15-20 seconds. I've tried a couple different brands of new batteries, also tried plugging it into my external battery. I tried a couple different class 10 sd cards. The last one being a brand new SanDisk 32gb. I've Reformatted them all to the camera. I've taken the new SD card and downloaded the latest firmware straight to the SD card on my computer. The camera trys to update the firmware but restarts itself before it can finish updating. I've tried to default. I've done everything I know to do and need help.

    Try turning it on and off really fast a bunch of times, maybe the switch has some corrosion. You can also take all the batteries out and leave it turned on overnight. Try it without a SIM card and SD card installed too.

    I tried flipping the switch a bunch and it still acts the same. Had the batteries pulled for 4 or 5 hours tried it again and it still does it. I'll pull batteries, and both cards for a few hours and see if anything changes.
