New camera not taking pictures
I have it all set up but am not getting any pictures sent to my phone.

We need to find out whether it’s not taking pictures, taking them but not sending them, or sending them but you aren’t getting them to your phone. Do you have the camera in hand?
Is the camera taking pics? You can use the viewer in the camera to look on the SD card to see if there are pictures. If so, it’s taking them.
What happens when you take/send a manual photo? Camera in setup, on the network, point it at something, press OK to take pic and OK again to send. What does the screen say? If it says sent, then the pictures are being sent and should be on the portal (my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management).
