camera not getting status report

Have you checked your data plan with the cell provider? Usually if both status reports and pictures stop (especially with two cameras at the same time) it's data related. You can also go into the cameras menu and under diagnostics there's a hello test. See if that passes or fails.

I have checked premium credits in my account and 51 credits still remaining.  I just wonder it is SIM issues.

Johnny asked about your data plans with the cell carrier. The first camera has low batteries but the second camera does not so the problem with the first camera could be power but probably not with the second one since it shows full power and hasn’t taken many pics.

if you were out of premium credits, the cameras would still send the midnight status reports. That’s how the find out they have new credits available. (Just FYI. Credits obviously aren’t the problem.)

How do I check my data plans with the cell provider? Can I do it on the app/web portal?

You can’t check with the app. You need to check with whatever company is providing the data for the SIMs. You are buying data from a cell provider. Please contact them. You will need the ICCID, which is on the camera status report.

Aung, did you add the cameras to your cell phone plan or did you buy a separate plan somewhere?

I took the SIMs out from these two cameras and inserted it to my smartphone, then I checked the data plan. There is still data plan in both of SIMs and I also can use the internet with the remaining data plan of these SIM in my smartphone. I don't think problem is related with data plan of cell carrier. I just wonder the cameras didn't read the SIMs properly. Any suggestion, please?

Sorry for overlap sending. My phone is crushed in sending message sometimes.

Please contact actual tech support by emailing support@spartancamera.com. Johnny and I are camera test team members in the US and we have no experience with your model camera or your cell carrier. Someone in tech support should know the right questions to ask.
