camera not getting status report
Two cameras GC-E4Gb stopped sending status report on the same day. Also, no photos have been received from these two cameras since then. I got daily status reports from these two cameras for one week from the beginning of installation. Suddenly, they stopped sending status report on the same day on 29 Dec and will not send status report until now.

I use Full-sized SD card (class 10, transfer speed 95MB/s, 32 GB). I really need some help to fix it?

Johnny asked about your data plans with the cell carrier. The first camera has low batteries but the second camera does not so the problem with the first camera could be power but probably not with the second one since it shows full power and hasn’t taken many pics.
if you were out of premium credits, the cameras would still send the midnight status reports. That’s how the find out they have new credits available. (Just FYI. Credits obviously aren’t the problem.)

I took the SIMs out from these two cameras and inserted it to my smartphone, then I checked the data plan. There is still data plan in both of SIMs and I also can use the internet with the remaining data plan of these SIM in my smartphone. I don't think problem is related with data plan of cell carrier. I just wonder the cameras didn't read the SIMs properly. Any suggestion, please?
