The camera operating process is set up for a tech goober. I’m a deer hunter. Make it intuitive and simple. My camera hasn’t transmitted a picture in two weeks.

    What is the time and date of your last status report? What is the battery indicator on the app showing?

    It’s probably something simple like dead batteries or a bad SD card, which isn’t techie stuff.

    Do you know how to take a screen shot on your phone? If so, please screen shot the status report from the app, including the battery/signal info down through the SD card info and post it here. We can often get useful info from that.

    The camera sent a status report today at 6am. Do you have a scheduled status report set up for that time? I'm also assuming you didn't get a picture at that time either.

    The status report from the app is compact and easier to read. (Sorry, this is from my iPad, but you get the idea.)

    Your batteries are low. 5.7V is full power. 5.1V is low, and depending on the type of batteries you are running, may be too low to send pics.

    Brand new batteries last week. I don’t know about any status reports.

    Your camera sends a status report every time it sends a picture and also at midnight. You can see it by tapping the battery or signal indicators on the home page.
