    The app update had nothing to do with how the cameras are functioning. Check the online portal to see if the videos are getting there ok or not to determine if we are in fact dealing with a camera issue or an app issue. my.spartancamera.com is the address for the portal

    Photos/vid thumbnails on portal. Click thumbnail and never ending spinning wheel of nothing. The one camera that is set to trigger 2x a day 0700 and 1600, has worked for 2 years just fine. Timing with app update is perfect.

    If you are set to video only try switching to photo plus video and see if it makes a difference. You can also try formatting the sd card. Can you post a picture of your latest status report too please, you may need to switch your phone to desktop view in the settings to see the insert image icon.
