Camera model is GC-LRAb (S378V) It stopped taking and sending pics on 20 February 2021. It will not send a hello test message to my iPhone app and doesn’t let me delete / format my SD card. SD card is only half full.

  It doesn't send a hello test, that's something you do on the camera and it either passes or fails. Have you tried formatting the SD card on the camera? What is your battery voltage? What is the time and date of your last status report?

  It’s been a couple weeks since a status report. The camera will not let me clear the SD card. It says it has deleted photos but when I turn camera off and back on SD card is still half full. Hello test says it was success in sending but never registers with my iPhone app

  The hello test has nothing to do with the app, it's just a pass or fail on the camera to test the cameras cellular connection. Are you formatting the SD card through the cameras menu? If you are formatting through the cameras menu and the camera (not the app) is still showing data on the card then you have an SD card issue most likely.

  Thanks John. Switched out my SD card and the camera started working Thanks
