About every 7th notice of new video when I click the arrow button the screen goes blank.

  Just received 3 new video notices.
  All three go to blank screen when I click on the play arrow
  After the three the fourth one plays perfect.

  Go to my.spartancamera.com and see if they are ok there. This does happen sometimes and and the engineers are looking into it.
