Moving from US cellular to consumer cellular

How do I change cellular providers? I bought the cam from us cellular. I have canceled that plan and have a new plan with consumer cellular. I have a sim card from them.

  I'm not sure how or even if that will work. Best thing to do is send an email to support@spartancamera.com and see what they say
