    Try turning it off in the settings and then updating the settings. After they update turn it back on and update again. Was it working previously and stopped or hasn't worked at all?

    Also, close the app and reopen it. That usually fixes things for me (but this is on cameras that have been working for quite a while).

    New cameras sometimes take a little while to figure out what’s going on.

    I am having this same issue.  Just got my New GoLive, I have it taking and sending pictures, but the GoLive function is still in gray.  I just tried to turn it off, update, and turn it on again, but not working.

    I remotely updated my firmware and all seems to be ok with mine now.

    Sometimes it takes a little while the first time for the live stream to work.
