Cant view some videos I requested

    That’s a known issue that the developer’s are working on. You should be able to view the video on my.spartancamera.com or request it again if you can’t view it there.

    Is the info strip showing and the video acting like it's playing? Any sound?

    Everything is showing just when I click on it to view it it’s just a black screen with no sound or anything

    This happened to me a few minutes ago. I have the black video on one iPad, it plays correctly on the other iPad, and when I look on the portal (my.spartancamera.com), it's there and plays correctly there.
