Not getting pictures

Stopped getting pictures 5 days ago. Plenty of battery. Have credits. Other camera is working fine.

  It says Status as of 2021-03-30 18:52:52. Not sure on that time though because it is on 2:58 est here.

  Check and make sure the time zone is set in the camera app settings. I would also format the SD card, getting status reports but no pictures is often the sign of a bad/incompatible memory card.

  So I was able to change the time zone and it’s correct now. Any tips on how to format an sd card? Will the one I have still work or do I have to buy a new one? It says I still have about 50% memory.

  If you have the camera in hand you can format it in the menu. If you don't and it's a newer model there should be a format option on the status report screen of the app. Once you hit that it won't format until the next time the camera checks in. Once it's successful you should get a picture with an F on the bottom of it.

  You're welcome. If it's starts doing it again I would replace the card.
