Live stream audio

When I first got set up and running, I had live stream audio on my phone. Now I don’t, there’s no audio when I live stream. However, when I record and play it back the audio is there any suggestions?

    Android or iOS? I’ve not heard of this so all I can do is pass it along to the development team.

    Same problem here except I'm not getting sound anymore on the recording either. Worked originally then just stopped. Anything I can check?

    I would try logging in on a different device and see if it has sound. If the other device does then try this on your phone.

    Go into your phone settings (not the app) and to apps and find the Spartan app, once you click on the Spartan app you'll see storage, click on storage and there's a place to clear the cache and data/storage. Clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens for the first time clear the cache and data/storage again. Then open the app and log in.

    Thanks John. I should have mentioned earlier that I have two GoLive cameras and the other one's audio is working fine. I did follow your advice above but still ended up with the same results. Is there something I should physically check on the camera?

    Neil, I would default the camera in it's menu and also format the SD card. If that doesn't do it then try swapping SD cards.

    John, I had previously formatted the SD card without any change, but I was able to physically get out to the camera this weekend and default the camera . . . that did the trick, it's working again.  THANK YOU!
