New batteries and tried cleaning the cards - No signal No pics No nothing
Model GC-Z4Gb2-RT
Verizon
Card is 8GB normal SD and is formatted

Is it possible that the place that you moved it to has no 4g/LTE signal? Is the firmware up to date and did you try formatting the SD card? You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu. Also, SD cards do go bad and it is possible if the card is not to spec that it might have worked in one location but not another. What happens when you turn the camera to setup, what does it say on the screen? Are you getting your data through Spartan or Verizon directly?

It has worked there in the past. How do I know if firmware is up to date ? I did try formatting the SD card again it seemed to do that but I dontt know for sure. When I turn it to setup it says it is searching for a signal no matter where I am. Data is through Verizon. Is the screen supposed to go dark or blank when it is turned to "ON" ? Once I switch from setup to ON it goes dark

Yes, the screen should go blank when you turn the camera switch to the on position. Look on the status report screen on the app and it should tell you about the firmware, if you see a green update button then it is not up to date. How long has the camera been not working? Did it just stop or were you not using it for a while. Any chance the antenna got damaged?

Nothing is green and firmware says it is up to date. I moved it from 1 location to another so it wasn't being used for about 1 day. I've tried moving it to different locations and it does the same thing. The antenna looks fine. If I cant get it working soon I will have to cancel my subscription. Pointless to pay for no service

Were you able to default the camera in it's menu? I have also seen antennas that were broken that looked fine, since the camera was working and stopped after you moved it there's a chance it got bumped and something may have happened to the antenna internally. I would also try a different SD card, a bad or incompatible one can cause the camera not to connect. Even though it would be a bad coincidence it wouldn't hurt to check with Verizon to make sure the data plan is still active.
