Camera not sending photos

I changed and formatted a new SD card.  Camera doesn't send as many pictures as before.  I've walked in front of the camera a couple times waiting until the cool down period passed - nothing sent to phone app or computer.  Suggestions?

  Do you have a picture of the SD card that you put in the camera or a link to it?  Are the pictures being taken and saved to the SD card and just not sent? Are you getting status reports and no pictures to the app?

  One additional question. If the photos are on the SD card but not in the app, have you looked on the portal to see if they are there. We need to figure out whether the camera isn’t taking pics, is taking them but not sending them, is taking/sending them to the portal but they aren’t getting to the app.
