Everything stopped working

I’m in the same boat. Ive got 20 cameras out. Routed/forwarded through several emails to my vzwpix.com number. About 2 weeks ago I noticed I wasn’t getting the normal volume. I’m also getting single pictures when they are set to send 3. Some pictures are 12 hours plus to deliver. Some days. A lot of them are not getting delivered at all. I spent 2+ hours on the phone with Verizon, without any resolution. This is getting extremely frustrating. This technology was extremely reliable when they each sent pix directly to our phones. Every time they add another step in the relay of pictures they become less reliable.
I would not mind paying for the app (for 20 different cameras) if it allowed pictures to be sent to our phones as text/SMS. For a lot of us using the app in the areas we hunt isn’t an option because of poor cellular data coverage.Every time I call or email support they want me to drive 2+ hours to get one of the cameras that is having an issue. This doesn’t seem to be isolated to my cameras. Both from this post and Verizon stating that several people are having the same issue as me. I don’t feel like support is being forth coming with me. Just a couple days ago, they said they werent aware of any issues.

Spartan has recommended against sending photos as text for several years because it isn’t reliable. I have one camera set to send as text through a gmail account and one set to send directly to my phone number. The one through gmail is pretty reliable although pics may come in hours late. The one directly to my phone isn’t reliable at all.
Both cameras are on premium with photos coming to the app so I get them on time in the app. I set the email address and/or phone number on the portal.
Are the pictures getting to the email but not all are getting to the phone? Or are the missing from email, as well?
The problem that you run into is that when pics are sent to email and/or text, there are additional servers involved. With the app, pics go through the Spartan server and that’s it. With email, they go through the ISP’s server and then through Verizon’s picture mail server (if you have a Verizon phone). I don’t remember when Verizon started “filtering” messages from Spartan, but it was two or three years ago. There probably isn’t much, if anything, that can be done.
If you read the text at the bottom of the first table on this page, there’s the caution about using email. I didn’t screen shot it because you have to scroll sideways to read everything.

I just got a picture forwarded from gmail to my Verizon phone number at 3:48 this morning (June 20) that was taken at 7:48 AM, Friday, June 18. It got to my app when it was taken.
I just checked my email account and it is littered with messages like this one. Verizon appears to be the problem.
