Data plan
I received my cameras a couple days ago and after setting them up with a data plan I found out that I could add them to my Verizon account as an added device. Since I have the unlimited data plan I chose to cancel the data plan with Spartan but Verizon said my sim card wasn't supported. Maybe its because I chose to not cancel the service until the subscription ended, it just won't automatically renew, but now I tried to go back and renew the data plan with Spartan and im unable to do that either. Do I need to wait until 7-2-21 when the current subscription expires?

Your best bet is probably to call tech support. You can either wait until your Spartan plan expires to add it to your Verizon account or get support to cancel your plan immediately. (We’ve been asking for the option to either cancel plan immediately or when it expires. Sounds like that’s now available.)
