Lost my sim card
When I took my camera camera down last year the sim card must have fallen out. Do I have to get a new one from spartan or At&t.

Best thing would be to email support@spartancamera.com and talk to them. Att stopped activation of 3g cameras last year so they will know what to do.

If the camera is still on your app, you should be able to see whether there is a data plan for it by going to my.spartancamera.com, Account, Wireless Subscriptions. I think if that camera has been on a Spartan plan, there will be a subscription for it but it will show that it is expired.
Do you remember whether you cancelled your data plan when you took the camera down? If you did cancel it, it’s probably a Spartan plan. If you didn’t cancel it and it just ran out, didn’t bill you again, then it’s probably an AT&T plan. If it’s an AT&T plan and the camera is still on your account, you may be able to buy another plan and you’d get a SIM from AT&T or Walmart or BestBuy or any place that sells AT&T bring your own phone or tablet SIMs.
Hopefully you’ll be able to get this last season out of it. AT&T is sun setting 3G end of January 2022/sometime in February 2022.
