Just received my 3rd 4G/LTE. Put in new batteries, won't turn on. Support page says I need an RNA number, anyone know where I go to get that number?

  You can send an email to support@spartancamera.com and let them know you need the RMA. Does the green light on the front blink when you turn the camera to set up? Have you tried a different SD card?
