No pics

We’ll need more info, please. Can you post a screen shot of the status report from the camera, from the battery/signal indicator down through the SD card info).
When you say no pics, do you mean there aren’t any on the SD card? If so, you probably have a bad SD card. If you mean there are pics on the SD card but not on the app, that could be a bad SD card or something else.
What model (it’s under the description on the home page). Are you able to take/send a manual photo?

That report is from February but that battery is dead. Also check the SD card, there are very few 8gb cards that are to spec, class 10, 80mbs or faster. If you get a replacement make sure it's 32gb or smaller and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter. What is the camera model and have you checked your data plan?

That status report shows a couple of problems. One is that the batteries are dead. The battery indicator is not like a fuel gauge.
Second, the SD card is full. At a minimum, it needs to be formatted (use the camera menu, not the app, to do that). However, it is almost certainly not "to spec". It's an 8G card, so it may be class 10, but it is probably 40 or 48 MB/s, not the 80 MB/s recommended.
Does the camera get on the network? Pass the Hello test? (In setup, on the network, press Menu, scroll to the fourth tab, down to Diagnostic, Hello test)
If it passes the Hello test, what happens when you try to take/send a manual photo (camera in setup, on the network, point it at something, press OK to take pic, OK again to send, watch screen for message)
