Camera not connecting(Verizon)
I have 2 cameras and one is working the other is not(it had been working fine). I put in new batteries and tried different cards. Can someone point me in the right direction on what else to try?

Make sure your firmware is current. Don’t rely on the app saying it’s up to date. Look at the date shown on the status report in the app and compare it to the date shown in the download table for that model. If the FW isn’t current, you’ll need to download the FW and install manually. The file and the instructions are available at the link below.
