Pictures do load on the app

After the upgrade app does not load pictures immediately like before upgrade. We have cameras protecting our sheep. We need to know right away if a predator is after our sheep

    Android or iPhone? Are you getting the notifications on time and is just not the pics on the app as fast as they used to be?

    iPhone and iPad. We are getting notifications but pictures are very slow in coming up, sometimes night pictures don’t show up till morning

    Have you tried closing and reopening the app? That has worked for me. (The good news is that the latest iOS beta, which will become the release version soon, doesn’t have this delay.)

    If you are getting notifications for pics, the pics should come in if you close/open the app.

    The pictures don’t load but we are getting a lot of status reports

    The camera sends a status report with every photo. If you are getting status reports and no pictures to go with them you might have an SD card issue. Try formatting the SD card. It also cold just be the pics loading slowly.
