New Viewer App in IOS is very unstable

I’m with Randy on this one. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I’m still having this issue. It will just unexpectedly shut down and you have to log back in. I feel like they just need to update the app and address this issue. It actually shut down while I was trying to write this. Hopefully it they fix this issue soon.

Since your problem isn’t related to the app, how about starting a new thread. What is the exact model of your camera (from the sticker above the LCD panel)? Is it on your cell phone plan or on a Spartan data plan? Is it connecting to the cell network?
Can you please be specific about exactly what things you’ve done and what the results were? “jumping through every hoop” isn’t specific enough to know what you have or haven’t tried and what the results are.
