How do get images or video recording when the camera is not reachable. The images from the camera are supposed to be stored in your server. It's like the server and log in details are only meant to grant access to the camera

The pictures and videos are only stored for 30 days. If you want them longer you either need to save them from the server to your phone or desktop or from the app you can save them as well. I'm not 100% sure if that's what you are asking though. If the camera is not checking in they won't be on the server or app.
