Pictures will not download/open in app - just get the "circling"

When I open the app, it shows new pictures however the status bar just just circles.  I have unintalled and reinstalled the app.  I have logged out and back in. Any suggestions? The status reports are all there and I can view them. I am connected to the wifi in my house and it still won't pull the pictures up.

  Try turning the wifi off and see if it makes a difference

  Android or iOS? If Android, you need to clear storage/data/cache before uninstalling and after reinstalling. 

  Have you tried turning wifi off and using cell data?

  It is an android phone.  I cleared the cache's and uninstalled and then reinstalled and cleared the cache's again.  That seems to have worked right now!  Thank you
