error with new version of app

    It has nothing to do with the app version, there is an issue that is being worked on

    Thanks for the prompt reply.  Do you have any idea how long a fix will take?  I have 34 GoCams & GoLives in the field and depend on the app to monitor them

    They usually fix this stuff pretty quickly. You can go to my.spartancamera.com and view the pics and make any settings changes that you need to. Also it looks like only Android devices are affected so if you have an Apple tablet or spare phone you should be able to use those

    I have the same issue and I do believe starter at midnight.  Clearing Cache, etc then deleting APP, the re-clearing Cache before opening the APP isn't resolving it.  tried 3 times.  It will let me log in but sometimes gives error before log in.  After that, when opening the APP you have about 1.5 seconds to click something before it crashes.  Says version is 4.0.10.  Android phone version 11.  Any help is appreciated.
