"program out of order"

When I press icon, phone goes to it like normal - then instantly it says on the bottom of my phone screen "Sorry, the program is out of order". Never have I seen this in the 3.5 years the spartan ghost cam has been running. It's sent more than 25k pics. Anyone know what gives??

  Update the app. The latest version is 4.0.15.

  Clear data: device (not app) settings, Apps, Spartan Camera, Storage, Clear data.
