    Gonna ask anyway because there are some GoCam models with fall 2021 FW that says it’s up to date but it’s not.

    What’s the exact model camera (there are over 30 models of GoCam so please be specific about the model) and the firmware date?

    Other reasons are SD card, SIM/SIM slot, antenna, APN.

    Do you have a data plan?

    07-12-23 firmware date, spartan go-cam 4G/LTE, Sandisk class 10 U3 90 mbps, Verizon SIM card, new antenna, and not sure about APM. Yes I have a Data plan

    Did you get both the receipt email and the activation email for the data plan?

    Yes. I had it out for like a week and it was sending pictures I went to move it and turned it off. When I turned it back on I got that error message.

    Try going into the cameras menu and formatting the SD and defaulting the camera

    Brand new Sandisk SD card, class 10, U3 100mbps, formatted and tried connecting and same error message. Then put the camera to default and same thing

    Go into the cameras menu and near diagnostics is a hello test, see if it passes or fails that

    Does it pass the hello test? Can you post a screenshot of the most recent status report please. Make sure that it includes the SD card info at the bottom of the report. You may have to put your phone in desktop mode to see the insert image icon here.
